Discrimination Complaint

Hope College seeks to be a community that affirms the dignity of all persons as bearers of God’s image. In accordance with the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008, the College has implemented a Missing Persons Policy to establish procedures to respond to reports of a missing student. Drug and Alcohol Policy
In compliance with the Federal Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act, Hope College prohibits all marijuana use, including medical marijuana. Questions about this policy may be directed to the Dean of Students Office at 616.395.7800.

Annual Security Report
Annually, Hope College prepares theAnnual Security and Fire Safety Report. This report includes a statement of security measures, the annual crime statistics and is in compliance with The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act. Voter Registration

Federal law mandates that all colleges and universities in the country make voter registration information available to all students, who are eligibile to vote and attending their institutions.

Hope College students may register to vote using a college address or a hometown or parent’s address. If you register with your hometown address and want to vote while attending college, you must remember to request an absentee ballot before the election. Check with yourstate’s election boardfor the exact deadline.
