Summer Housing Rentals

Our cottages and apartments give you the opportunity to spend your summer near the beautiful downtown Holland. You'll be just a short walk away from Holland's outdoorFarmer's Marketand only six miles from the State Park beach. We promise you won't be bored while you're here — there's numerous local cafes and restaurants you can choose from every day, a variety of performances put on by theHope Summer Repertory Theatreand usually a new film series you can catch at theKnickerbocker Theatreright on 8th Street. Holland has definitely become a popular summer destination and our long-term rentals fill up quick; because of this, a one-month stay is the shortest rental option available. Of course, you can always stay longer!

Cottage options are based on yearly availability. We provide cable and Wi-Fi, twin beds and linens. Utilities are also part of the deal. You provide a television, pots and pans, kitchen utensils and anything else you might need!

We have six one- to three-bedroom apartments available for rent. Rates are determined on a weekly or monthly basis and the amount of rooms included. We provide air conditioning, cable and Wi-Fi, twin beds and linens. Utilities are also part of the deal. You provide a television, pots and pans, kitchen utensils and anything else you might need!
