Hope College women’s golfer Grace VanDellen has been chosen to the 2021-22 College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-District® At-Large Women’s Team in District 6.

The Academic All-District® Men’s and Women’s At-Large Teams, selected by CoSIDA, recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom.

范德伦是第6区12名获奖者之一,该区包括密歇根州、威斯康星州和明尼苏达州的学校。

First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in mid-June.

VanDellen (Oxford, Michigan / Lutheran Northwest HS) claimed MIAA season medalist and Most Valuable Golfer honors last fall after helping the Flying Dutch claim the regular-season championship.

这位机械工程专业的大三学生在6轮18洞联赛中平均打出了职业生涯最好的78.17杆。其中5轮击球在74到78杆之间。

In the classroom, VanDellen has made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll as a sophomore and a freshman.

The CoSIDA Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

The CoSIDA Academic All-District® teams include the student-athletes listed on the following pages and are divided into geographic districts across the United States and Canada.

The Division II and III CoSIDA Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CoSIDA with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2021-22 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs.
