Jennifer has been chaplain of discipleship since 2017, and she is grateful to be a part of the Hope community and the Campus Ministries team. Her main responsibilities are to minister to students through pastoral care, faith formation and discipleship, and chapel leadership. She is ordained in the Reformed Church of America and is passionate about building up the church of Jesus Christ as hope for the world and the joyful witness of our God.

Why I love Hope

Jennifer’s husband has been teaching at Hope for over 20 years, so she’s known for a long time that Hope is a special place. She loves the college life and is eager to walk with and encourage students during this formative time, so that we may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13). Her door is always open, and the coffee is on!

Outside the College

詹妮弗嫁给了政治学教授大卫。他们有三个孩子，还养育了另外三个孩子。当詹妮弗不接送孩子、做饭或洗碗的时候，她喜欢走路/跑步/骑自行车，去旧货市场，在YouTube上看Hallmark的电影。
